Actually I would recommend from towards the end of season 3. Because that's where it starts getting complicated. Up until then, nothing massive happens, it's just killing evil shit. Plus, you might need to see season 3 finale to get season 4. Oh but the pilot is important. That's like what the whole show is based around, so good idea to watch that.
